Texas Ballroom

For largescale events, this is one of San Antonio's most dazzling venues. Divide this magnificent ballroom into Salons A though F, or use the entire space of more than 30,000 square feet for a truely impressive event. Entertain as many as 3,100 guests in a reception setting or 2,100 honored guests at a formal banquet. Each Salon

offers more than 4,000 square feet.

Lone Star Ballroom

Bold colors, polished wood and mirrored insets create an intimate ambiance. With more than 21,000 square feet of elegant interior space, the Lone Star Ballroom can be divided into Salons A through F. Entertain up to 2,200 guests at an extraordinary reception or host a banquet for 1,600 attendees. With its premier location on the River Walk, our ballroom adds a worldclass signature to your special day.

Balcony Rooms

San Antonio's skyline is on full display in our balcony rooms, which range in size from 680-1,224 square feet. Host your intimate or mid-sized wedding in these premier rooms, with space for up to 126 guests during a reception or 40-150 guests for a seated dinner. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy spectacular views of the River Walk in these intimate suites.

Pool Terrace

Entertain as many as 250 guests at a cocktail reception your guests will be talking about for years to come. Enjoy views of the Tower of the Americas and River Walk from our contemporary poolside patio.

Theater Plaza

Located just outside of the hotel's Bar Rojo, the trendy and distinctive Theater Plaza overlooks the River Walk. Host a traditional tented event within the Theater Plaza's 5,084 square feet of outdoor space, which accomdates 515 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 400 guests for a formal banquet.

Ballroom Pre-function Spaces

Welcome guests to your wedding celebration in our pre-function areas, which offer more than 11,000 square feet of space. Here, your guests can meet and mingle, sip cocktails or order a glass of wine. These are also potential options for wedding ceremonies.

Plated guest are seated and served a three or four course classic & elegant, single or duo option. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Family Style proteins served individually to guests while sides are served for passing & sharing. Encourages guests to socialize at the table while enjoying a second serving of their favorite side dish.

Personal Preference allow your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant four course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, and offer your guests to choose their entrée, tableside with their server the night of the celebration.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial nonrefundable 20% deposit off the contracted food and beverage minimum is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Enhancements

Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to
your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11 a.m. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Our hotel offers complimentary parking passes and discounted rates, based upon availability.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary Tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections for you, your fiancé, and two additional guests a month prior to the big day.
